Born in Pune, Parvez A. Farooqui graduated in Commerce from Mumbai University. He started his career by joining a textile dyes and chemicals manufacturing firm in 1975. This small scale firm which had only two executives at the start, grew to have 84 employees in 1984 when Parvez joined Mukta Arts Limited (then Mukta Arts Private Limited) as Executive Director. During his career span at both the places, he acquired vast experience in various fields like marketing, sales, purchases, accounts, taxation and legal. At Mukta Arts Limited, handles the Distribution and Exhibition business apart from finance, accounts, taxation and legal matters. He was also actively involved in framing the Film Insurance Policy which was later named by United India Insurance Co. Ltd as “Cine Mukta” policy.

Prior to joining Adlabs Entertainment Limited he was working with Adlabs Films Limited as the Corporate Head – Strategic Planning and Acquisitions and Centrum Capital Limited as an Executive Director.

Mr. Bagla holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Management Studies with specialization in Finance.

Kewal Handa has more than 30 years of experience across finance, commercial strategy, and business development functions. Under Handa’s leadership, Pfizer India, where he was the Managing Director from 2005 to 2008, became the first multi-national pharmaceutical company to enter the branded generics market. A visiting faculty at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, & a regular speaker in various forums, has studied Master’s Degree in Commerce from Sydenham College, Mumbai.

He has also completed a course on Marketing Strategy from Columbia Business School and Senior Management Development Programme from IIM Ahmedabad. Handa has been inducted in the Board of Directors w.e.f. June 07, 2014 as an Independent Director.
