Celebrating 37th anniversary of Mukta Arts Ltd
October 24, 1978 marks the wedding anniversary of Subhash Ghai and Mukta Ghai. Since then this day has also been celebrated every year as the anniversary of Mukta Arts Ltd. Celebrating the 37th anniversary, a pooja was organised at the Iskcon temple in Juhu which witnessed the presence of several guests from the film industry. The guest list included prominent names like filmmakers Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Abaas-Mustan, lyrics writer Irshad Kamil & Kumaar, producer Manmohan Shetty & Ramesh Taurani and friends like Sunil Gavaskar. Rahul Puri, MD, Mukta Arts Ltd announced the launch of 3 movies, which are expected to go on the floor by next year for the release in 2017-18. The details regarding the movies like star cast and credits will be announced next year on January 24, 2016. Subhash Ghai will produce these movies with different directors and stars.
Later in the evening a small party was organised by Mrs. Mukta Ghai at their residence. Several celebrities from the Hindi film industry came by to wish the couple and together had a good time till early hours of the next day. The guest list included Madhuri Dixit Nene, Dr. Sriram Nene, Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Anupam Kher, Satish Kaushik, Poonam Sinha, Kush Sinha, Sonu Nigam, Adnan Sami, Rohit Roy, Shreyas Talpade, Manmohan Shetty, Pradeep Guha, Anuradha Prasad among others.
